Effective Communication in an Intercultural Workplace
Program Overview:
Participants create strategical approaches on how to best work with business cultures other their own. They learn to recognize and adapt to communication differences in speaking, writing, decision-making, problem solving, negotiating, presenting and handling conflict. We emphasize understanding cultural communication styles, overcoming cultural barriers, and developing culturally appropriate strategies for the work place.
Working in Synch Across Boundaries: Country Specific Workshops
Program Overview:
Participants work through key cultural differences in values, communication, social customs and organizational work practices. They will identify key characteristics of the particular society they are working with. Participants will also explore ways to overcome major challenges, search for common ground and acquire a range of options to create high impact partnerships. Specializing in India and the United Kingdom.
Building Dynamic Intercultural and Virtual Teams
Program Overview:
Participants will develop skills to interact more effectively with their colleagues working at a distance. We will address issues such as, "How can you build trust with people you have never met?"; " How do you ensure proper communication with virtual technology?"; and "How do you get clarity about individual and team roles and responsibilities in a virtual situation?" We will simulate virtual team exercises in the workshop with the goal of building consensus.
Enhancing Business English Language Skills
Program Overview:
We customize the program based on unique employee language needs. Participants work on verbal and written English business language skills. Topics include:

. Intonation and rhythm
. Writing skills
