Consultant Profiles
Dianne Nersesian-McGuire specializes in facilitating group and individual sessions which directly impact participants' ability to communicate appropriately in various cultural work settings. She brings a wealth of experience in leading corporate, not-for-profit, and educational teams to explore solutions to cross-cultural differences. She also teaches university students interpersonal communication skills and coaches participants on the topic of English as a second language.
Dianne combines her passion for cross-cultural understanding and communication effectiveness when she designs and delivers professional development programs. She has lived and worked in Britain, and has led workshops in India, Morocco, Mexico, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and the USA. She is president emeritus of the New York metro chapter of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research). Dianne holds a B.S. from Cornell University, a leadership-coaching certificate from TAI (The Actor's Institute) and a M.A. in Intercultural Communication from the University of the Pacific.
